Can I register?

How much does it cost?

The Free tier includes one seat, two active projects, two invoices a month and unlimited clients. Pro pricing is €5 per seat a month, billed annually (€60 per seat a year), excluding any applicable VAT.

Purchases are not open yet. Final prices, taxes and cancellation terms will be shown before you subscribe.

How are refunds handled?

You can cancel at any time, you will be refunded a prorated amount for the remaining time in your subscription minus Stripe payment handling fees.

You can also export all your data at any time to move to another service. We would like you to stay because the app is useful for you, not because it's hard to leave.

Will there be a trial?

If you add a card, you will receive a 30-day Pro trial. You will not be automatically charged, the card is mainly to prevent duplicate/spam accounts. When your trial ends, the account will automatically downgrade to 'free'. You will not be charged unless you explicitly purchase a Pro subscription.

Can I bring my data from Harvest, Toggl or Clockify?

Yes. Connect your account in the import wizard to bring over clients, projects, tasks, team members and time entries. Harvest can also include expenses, invoices, payments and estimates. Access tokens are deleted when the import finishes.

What about another tool?

Upload CSV or JSON exports for time, projects, clients, expenses or invoices. We provide an instruction document you can use with an AI to help build a compatible migration package.

Does it work for teams?

Yes. Invite admins or members, set rates by person or project, and approve weekly timesheets. Approved weeks lock so invoiced work does not change.

Does it support e-invoicing?

Zebu exports PDF and UBL XML invoices. We do not currently provide an interface for PEPPOL delivery but are working on it.

How do I connect Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT?

MCP access is disabled by default. Enable it and follow the provided instructions to add the MCP to your agent of choice.

What can an agent do, and not do?

With your permission, it can read projects and reports, track your time and submit your timesheet. Admin connections can also prepare draft invoices and record received payments. MCP activity is labeled in the activity log. It cannot send invoices, delete records, change settings or edit another person's time; recording a payment can trigger an enabled payment thank-you email.

How is waiting time measured?

A hook records when you send a prompt and when the agent finishes. It sends event timestamps and a session identifier to help Zebu know how much time was spent waiting on an agent with a running timer.

This time appears alongside the timer. You can count it, subtract it or choose a default under Settings → MCP.

Is there a desktop app?

Yes. The macOS and Windows app puts the timer in your menubar or system tray. See Downloads for what is available today.

Will Zebu sell my data?

We will never sell your data.That includes personal information and workspace data. See the privacy notice for information about service providers and data handling.

Can I leave?

The app supports exports and workspace deletion. Backup retention and any records that must be kept for legal reasons will be covered by the service’s privacy and retention terms before public registration opens. The website privacy notice covers browsing this preview site.

Why is it called Zebu?

Zebu is short for Zeiterfassungsbuchhaltungsdurchführung, or "The carrying out of time-tracking and bookkeeping".
